About the Artist
Nadia Rosenberg was born a nostalgic in the land of Uzbekistan. At the age of five she moved to Israel with her family and became Israeli. At the age of 15 she moved to the Silicone Valley and became Russian. At the age of 20 she lived in Paris and realized she's American. Ten years later, when she moved to New York in a move solely based on intuition, she finally felt like a real immigrant. She lives in Brooklyn (for now) and ponders urban space, nature, what it means to be a woman and why the hell are we all here. The various ruminations are captured on her film camera.
